Staff leasing
For larger and longer projects, we also provide leased personnel. We have a large number of qualified employees.
Leased personnel for long-term projects:
- 16 TIG welders
- 4 TIG welders (mirror)
- 8 SMAW welders
- 12 MAG welders
- 32 pipefitters
- 34 locksmiths
- 2 site managers
- 4 foremen
- 1 welding engineer
- 1 certified engineer
Our own outsourcing is limited to laser cutting, overlapping, and bending of larger dimension products, which we apply exclusively to larger-sized products. We flexibly adjust our in-house capacities according to the status and volume of orders. To ensure consistent quality, all new employees are required to pass an internal exam. Additionally, our welders and technicians are regularly tested on all new materials and processes, including working with materials such as 7CrMo, P91, or 16Mo3, as well as complex components like diaphragms, collectors, and pipelines. Thanks to this approach, the error rate of our welders is less than 3%.
